- Financial and VISA Documentation for the interview
- VISA interview preparation through rounds of mock interview
7. Pre-departure Orientation:
Our pre-departure orientation aims to prepare the students for their transition to a new country and academic environment. We inform them about their host country’s lifestyle and social norms. We connect students with alumni or other students who are going to the same university or country, creating support networks before departure. We provide travel guidance including flight bookings, travel documentation, baggage guidance, and airport procedures. We provide advice on opening a bank account in the host country, managing currency exchanges, and tips on using international banking services. We offer advice on managing academic workloads, understanding the new education system, and succeeding in international academic settings. We also apprise them of the resources available to international students, such as academic counseling, mental health services, and tutoring.
