Graduate Management Admission Test

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a standardized exam widely taken by applicants seeking admission to MBA, MHA, and PhD programs in management. It serves as a gateway for studying in leading business schools across the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. The test is administered by The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). The GMAT exam is offered year-round at testing centres globally. To find available GMAT exam dates, candidates can refer to the GMAC website.

Structured as a computer-adaptive test, the GMAT comprises three sections: Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Data Insights. All three sections (Q, V, and DI) factor into your total score on a scale of 205 to 805 in 10-point increments. Students will also receive individual section scores for each section. The scoring scale for each section is 60 to 90 in 1-point increments. The validity period of GMAT scores is 5 years.
